The “China Catalysis Award for Rising Star (中国催化新秀奖)” is an important award for the young scientist under the age of thirty-five in the field of catalysis. Only four candidates were elected by the Catalysis Society of China (CSC) every two years from the nationwide applicants depending on their outstanding or creative achievements in catalytic science and technology.
Dr. Xie was awarded the “China Catalysis Award for Rising Star” and invited to give an oral presentation on “C1 molecules activation and C−C coupling to ethylene glycol” in the 19th National Conference on Catalysis (14th October, 2019, Chongqing, China).
